Volunteers of all skill levels are needed to help with the Food Pantry distribution, do repair and maintenance work, raise funds, counsel at Youth Camp, speak to community and church groups, and help in the office.
If you would like to volunteer your time, talent, and support to those in need, we encourage you to fill out the form below and indicate the area in which you would like to help. If you have a specialty or special talent you would like to offer to HIM, please choose Other and explain briefly in the space provided. Helping in THE FOOD PANTRY provides the immediate blessing of providing help and comfort to those who need food. And the praises and blessings just keep coming all day, every day! "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy" (Matthew 5:7)
Being a part of HIM YOUTH CAMP provides such a lasting blessing, it's like a candle that never melts. At the end of the week you are sure you will not experience a greater blessing...until the next year when you see those children again, smiling wider, growing taller, and working more eagerly to receive a blessing of their own. This year help us become Joshuas For Him. "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." (Matthew 5:6)
Donating your MAINTENANCE and repair skills to HIM surrounds you with a blessing much like stepping into a warm bath after a productive day at work. It is exhausting and challenging, but its blessing fills every fiber of your being. Currently we are need of Painters, Plumbers, and General Maintenance Persons. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)
